January: An overview of CM methods and the use of CCDC 5A and 17
To kick off 2023, CCDC’s January webinar will discuss the key differences between having the owner contract directly with trade contractors (as seen in CCDC 5A and 17) and having the trades contract with the construction manager (by using CCDC 5B). This webinar will also review in detail CCDC 5A and 17 documents.
